Client is responsible for 50% of the payment, even if we are unable to complete check ins/overnight care due to any unforeseen issues which include but are not limited to aggressive behaviors, cancellations less than 48 hours notice, unable to get into home, ect. 

Please contact to make a reservation. It is best to reserve as far in advance as possible, especially during summer and the holidays, but we have other connections if we are both booked up.

50% non-refundable deposit is required for any Overnight Holiday Bookings before pet sitter arrives. 

We are not liable for any damages (Pet, House, Backyard, ect). Don't worry, we do our best and leave the house as clean as it was on day one. 

In case of an emergency, we will transport your pet to the nearest emergency hospital and the client is responsible for all charges, including gas. 

If a pet needs anything while in our care, client must reimburse us on the day products were purchased. 

We keep all customer information private unless you give us permission. Please let us know if you do not want your pet on social media. They will be photographed to show how well they are doing in our care as an update to you. 

Tips are appreciated. All payments and tips go straight to your sitter. 

If you ask for our services, you agree to these terms as stated. We will notify you to the terms as well.
